Daily Use and Warm tips:

  • Dry or empty cooking of pots is forbidden, otherwise it will easily cause the pot to be scrapped.
  • Never heat an empty wok on any stove, do not exceed 572°F (300°C).This is especially critical on induction cooktops — do not dry-heat the wok. If the temperature exceeds 572°F(300°C) and the induction cooktop lacks overheat protection, both the wok and the cooktop will be damaged
  • Our carbon steel wok has been pre-seasoned before it leaves the factory, which helps you avoid complicated seasoning steps.
  • The first few times you start using the wok, please wash and keep it dry after you finish cooking, then apply a layer of vegetable oil to the surface of the wok to form a film of oil to give the wok the ultimate non-stick effect.
  • Do not store corrosive substances such as food soup, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and other corrosive substances in the wok for a long time.
  • Never scrub carbon-steel wok with a abrasive detergent, metallic sponge and don't use the dishwasher for cleaning.
  • Dry the water and store the wok pan in a dry and ventilated place after use.
  • When using the induction cooker, pay attention to the temperature changes in the pot, as the temperature is too high, which will easily cause the bottom of the pot to bulge.
