No, the default keep warm time is 2 hours. If you need to turn off the keep warm function, you can turn it off, but the machine will remember the last function setting. If you need to restart it, you need to press the button to start.
Can I set a different time besides the seven time setings, such as7 mins or mins? Does it have a pre-set function?

The steamer has seven time settings. For example, when the knob is turned between two settings, such as 5 or 10 minutes, the time setting is the closest to the setting. There are no 7 minutes or 9 minutes. It does NOT have pre-set function.
How will the water tank be notified when it's low on water?

When there is a water shortage, the steamer will enter standby mode and the water shortage indicator light (Refill) will flash. At this time, you need to add water to the water tank and the machine will automatically resume working.
How to prevent flour-based foods from sticking to the steaming tray when steaming?

It is recommended that you put a layer of baking paper/steamer cloth/gauze/silicone steamer mat on the stainless steel steaming tray when steaming to avoid this situation.
What should I do if there is a plastic smell when I open it?
