Key Features
-
Innovative Large-Capacity External Water Tank
The 2QT large-capacity tank provides up to 1.5 hours of continuous steaming with no need to refill. Even if the water runs out, you can easily add more during use for uninterrupted cooking.
The innovative detachable bottom tank is heated by an internal heating tube. This upgraded design helps prevent scale buildup and minimizes cleaning effort, making maintenance simple and convenient.
-
Super Fast Heating
The high-power 1200W heater, micro-pressure steam nozzle, and heat-retaining glass body deliver rapid heating performance, generating steam in just 5 seconds.
Most vegetables and seafood cook perfectly within 10 minutes, while meats and grains take only 20–30 minutes.
-
Dual Safety Protection
Automatically shuts off when water runs low or temperature gets too high, ensuring safe and reliable operation every time.
-
Max 4.7" Flexible Height
Remove the stainless-steel middle tray to get up to 4.7 inches of space — perfect for taller foods or containers.
-
Arched Lid Design
The curved lid allows condensed steam to flow down along the sides into the drip tray, keeping food slightly dry and preventing it from getting too soggy — for better texture and taste.
-
I like my veggies a bit crunchy. If the Vegetable mode cooks them too soft, can I adjust the cooking time?
Of course! After selecting a program, press Pause, then turn the knob to increase or decrease the preset time — it adjusts in 1-minute steps.
-
My electric food steamer makes an unusual noise. Is this normal?
Because of the way the heating system operates, the steamer may produce some operating noise during use. In most cases, filling the water tank with more water can help reduce the noise. The noise does not affect the steamer's performance or safety.
-
I don't see "Meat" or "Soup" on the menu. Can I steam meat with this steamer?
Yes, absolutely! You can steam meat. In our tests, about 7 oz of pork ribs cooked perfectly in about 8 minutes, and corn rib soup took around 20 minutes.
-
Can I use it to sterilize baby bottles? Which program should I choose?
Yes, you can! As long as the bottles are heat-resistant, the high-temperature steam can sterilize them. Just select the Vegetable mode for that.
-
Why does my steamer stop working after a few months?
This is often due to mineral buildup (limescale) from tap water clogging the internal pipes. To keep it working, perform a descaling cycle at least once a month. Mix white vinegar or citric acid with water in the tank and run the descaling mode.
